He’s up in distance for this. 14. Zeljko resumed with a strong finishing second at Newcastle and can be prominent again with a repeat of that. 13. Pierro’s Girl ran a good third at Warwick Farm before failing to fire at Canterbury last time out. 2. Black Bugatti ran home well when a last start second at this track.

5. Our Little Star was a trial winner at Warwick Farm before resuming with a third at the same track. She had no luck in the straight when a last start fifth at Gosford and with better luck here she can atone. 1. Regimental Colours was slow to begin but overcame that to score a strong last start Warwick Farm win. 2. Against The Law resumes here after two trials and should be ready to sprint week. 3. Fly Scotty Fly resumed with a second at this track and warrants thought.

8. Mal Coupe followed a second at Canberra with a runaway win at Bathurst. He since ran second at Gosford when racing on the speed and boxing on well. 1. Duke Of Bronte won a Randwick Highway last November. He was down on form before being spelled but is a trial winner leading into this. 3. Kiribati has had two runs back from a spell and has the talent to get into the money. 5. Time For Victory was a Taree winner three starts ago and has the talent to make an impact on best form.

How to play it: Mal Coupe WIN.

Race 8

11. Hard Pick led throughout to win at this track three starts ago and ran well again when second at Gosford last time out. He should give a bold sight again. 4. Surreal I Am has been racing well with a couple of wins in Queensland before a last start second at Gosford. 2. Jacob’s Time finished a solid third at Canterbury last time out and has claims, while 9. Tip Top Timing has the ability to get into the money on his best form.
