An immigration operation in Minneapolis has begun, targeting mostly Somali immigrants, officials say. President Trump has repeatedly attacked Minnesota's Somali population, saying, "I don't want them in our country." 95% of the roughly 80,000 Somalis in Minnesota are U.S. citizens.
