The former partner of one-time federal Labor leader Mark Latham, Nathalie Matthews, has been arrested at Sydney airport on charges relating to revenge porn.
The 38-year-old was taken into custody early on Sunday morning following an international flight on an outstanding arrest warrant.

She was taken to Mascot Police Station and charged with access/modify restricted data held in computer, intentionally record intimate image without consent, and intentionally distribute intimate image without consent. It’s not clear if the charges relate to Latham.
Matthews will face Parramatta Local Court on Monday.
Her arrest comes one day after Latham was escorted by police from a venue at Royal Randwick Racecourse after refusing to leave when asked by management.

Around 2pm on Saturday police escorted Latham from the Grandview restaurant during the Epsom Day racing event. He resigned his membership after allegedly verbally abusing a club official at Rosehill Racecourse in April, a spokesperson for the Australian Turf Club said.
The two incidents are not related.
In July, Matthews alleged in documents filed with the NSW Local Court that Latham engaged in a “sustained pattern” of abuse, including forcing her into degrading sexual acts, along with emotional, psychological and financial manipulation.
Latham denied the allegations, calling her claims “nonsense”.
“I have broken no law. The police did not involve themselves in [Matthews’ apprehended violence order] matter,” he said at the time.
