The death toll in Texas Hill Country has reached at least 82 people after the Guadalupe River heavily flooded Friday morning, rising almost 26 feet in 45 minutes, officials said. Search and rescue teams are working to find the dozens of people still missing, including children from the local Camp Mystic. CBS News correspondent Jason Allen has the latest updates.
