All three outbound lanes of the West Gate Freeway have reopened after a three-car crash that left a car on its roof and caused major delays.
The heavy traffic conditions are still stretching back through the Domain Tunnel to the city-bound lanes of the Monash Freeway at Toorak Road, Kooyong.

Delays are up to 60 minutes but are now expected to ease quickly.
“Only the right lane remains open on the centre carriageway,” said the Department of Transport.
“Motorists already on the freeway heading towards the West Gate Bridge, should merge left and use lanes that lead to the Bolte Bridge and Todd Road.”
“For drivers travelling from the south-eastern suburbs towards the airport, consider exiting before the Domain Tunnel and detouring north of the CBD.”
Firefighters arrived at the scene around 2.16pm, finding three cars involved in a collision.
“Paramedics assessed and treated three patients on scene,” said Ambulance Victoria.
“A patient has been taken by road ambulance to The Alfred Hospital.”
Police said Melbourne Highway Patrol will investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, with CCTV/dashcam footage or any information that could assist police is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
