Track good 4 and rail true.
RACE 1
2. Midnight Moose is a four-year-old stallion by Knight Exemplar on debut for a Canberra stable renowned for getting the new ones ready. Been in work for a while, and was dominant in a recent country trial. Can start with a bang from a low draw. 8. Classic Touch is trained on the track, draws to get a handy run and returns for just his second start since failing on debut in heavy ground in spring. 3. Entirely Oak has been up for a while without flattering, but hard fit with a gear change and drops a shade in distance. 9. Closethedoordarcy is a market watch resuming from a wide draw.
How to play it: Midnight Moose to win.
Racing returns to Goulburn on Tuesday.
RACE 2
8. Strongside is a lightly raced three-year-old from a leading Randwick stable returning for his first start since winter when sweeping home at Wyong to claim his maiden over a mile. Fitted to run out this distance fresh via two soft city trials over 1050m, and drawn to get an economical run off the speed. 9. Aura is another metro raider that conversely is well into her campaign and drops back from deeper opposition. 3. Homeric is a metro four-year-old over the odds coming back from provincial company fourth up. 5. Mah Ali, which has worked home into a place in her past three at the provincials, and 7. Okami Star, fourth up, can both add value to trifecta and first-four plays.
How to play it: Strongside to win.
RACE 3
4. Xcessive Force is a talented Canberra mare that only needs to get across OK from the wider draw to rate a mile on top. Returning for her first run since being beaten narrowly in a smarter class 2 Highway at Randwick late in August. Had dominated from the front in winning a class 1 here prior, and has never finished further back than second from four starts. 9. Deep Emotion represents terrific each-way value from a low draw, and coming off an upset win in a class 1 at Kembla. 1. Iconic Treasure, deep into the prep and dropping back from a tougher metro race when beaten out of sight, can figure in the minor money, along with 6. Ivana, which held her ground in a provincial BM64 17 days ago. 2. Ghost Walker is the best of the rest and goes in wider exotics.
How to play it: Xcessive Force to win.
RACE 4
2. Burnt To A Crisp is a lightly raced and progressive four-year-old well placed to grab a second win at only his third start in a very open race. Charged home from the back to win on debut at Wagga before again hitting the line against a similar line-up to this. Hits peak fitness now, and drawn to get cover back in the field and be saved for a surge over the final 300m. 8. Group Chat is a local improver that can bounce back second up after dropping out in a class 1 four weeks ago when forced to race wide early before suffering heavy interference in transit. Scratched from Wagga on Monday to be saved for this. 3. Dubbo Boy is also trained here, and reloads off an all-the-way win as a hot favourite in a weak maiden nine days ago. 10. Romanticism is progressive enough after sweeping to a maiden win fresh for the new local stable off a five-month spell. 1. Son Of Eureka is a knockout chance at good odds, drawn inside with gear changes in play. 4. Miss Mikki Isle is a betting watch third up from a wide draw with winkers added, while 11. Eye For Style, second up, is the best of the rest.
How to play it: Burnt To A Crisp to win.
RACE 5
3. Sea Admiral is an improving metro three-year-old well placed to strike third up from a fair closing effort in a deeper provincial field. Drawn to settle a little closer in the run and the extra 100m is a big plus. Preferred here to a tougher race at Monday’s Warwick Farm meeting. 13. Silver Serenade is a big threat third up if she gets a run. Trained here and she was game sticking on for a long way in a much deeper BM72 at Rosehill 10 days ago. 12. Bombay Boom also needs a scratching to get a run, and is drawn off the track, but has gone under narrowly in his past two after a dominant first up maiden win at Albury as a heavily backed favourite. 7. Let’s Go Brandon is trained on the course and can run into the minor money second up, along with 8. Stormfield, which draws wide, but drops back from provincial opposition four weeks between runs.
How to play it: Sea Admiral to win.
RACE 6
3. Curado is an improving colt far better placed here at his fourth start for a Warwick Farm stable with a sound record when they travel to the country. Hit the line late on the Beaumont track two starts ago before knocking up from the front in a tougher super maiden. Back a furlong in trip with winkers coming off are big keys to a breakthrough win. 8. Bellarata can improve sharply at her second start for the Waterhouse-Bott stable after dropping out at Muswellbrook when backed from $3.50 into $2.45. Watch the betting on 14. Zouqua, a filly by Zousain on debut in blinkers for the Ciaron Maher stable behind an eye-catching trial. 11. Conical Net is also a big watch second up after failing to finish off in smarter metro company on Boxing Day when having her first run for the Michael Freedman yard. Gap to the rest.
How to play it: Curado to win.

RACE 7
14. Toussaint is a tough and progressive Randwick filly primed to break through deep into her campaign with blinkers going on. Has only been out of the placings once in her past five in stronger fields, and was good charging home to miss by a neck at Nowra 16 days ago. Bred to get further, and will appreciate getting on to a bigger track where she can produce a superior closing sectional over 100m further. 12. Rockthevelio was sound on debut at Kembla when easy in betting, but fitter now and will find this easier. 4. Lego Master is an improver after finishing right on the heels of the top selection in that South Coast maiden. 6. Meritage, back from provincial company third up, and at big odds, and the well-bred 13. Shadow Of Light, second up, can both boost trifecta and first four returns.
How to play it: Toussaint to win.
