Sydney woman fights for life after being ‘run over in domestic violence attack’

A woman has been airlifted to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after being allegedly assaulted and run over in a domestic violence-related attack in south-west Sydney.

Police were called to a home on Maddison Court in Narellan Vale around 8.30am on Wednesday, where they found the 36-year-old lying in the street with multiple injuries.

She was treated at the scene before being airlifted to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition.

Just before 11am, a 36-year-old man was arrested in a phone box near Camden Valley Way and was taken to Narellan Vale police station. The man was known to police.

Police are appealing for anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage who was in the area around 8.30am to contact Narellan Vale Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
