As Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker said the Trump administration intends to federalize 300 Illinois National Guard members in Chicago, Democratic Sen. Tammy Duckworth told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that it is a "misuse of the National Guard." "They're not needed in this particular role," she added.
