Rebel Wilson has welcomed a second daughter with partner Ramona Agruma-Wilson in the middle of a high-stakes defamation case.
Wilson, 46, shared on social media early on Tuesday morning that the family had welcomed a second child, Rose Estelle, on Monday.
“Proud to announce the birth of our 2nd daughter Rose Estelle! What a gorgeous blessing to have another little girl! Now on May 4th it’s now 4 of us,” Wilson said on Instagram, along with a picture of the newborn wrapped in a blanket and wearing a bow.
“Ramona and I are feeling so incredibly grateful and blessed to grow our family, thank you everyone for all the well wishes.”
The news comes days after Wilson was cross-examined as she defends a Federal Court defamation suit brought against her by Charlotte MacInnes, 27.
MacInnes is the lead actor in the Australian musical film The Deb, which marked Wilson’s directorial debut and was released in cinemas in early April.
MacInnes is suing the Hollywood star over a series of Instagram stories posted between September 2024 and July last year.
Agruma-Wilson announced she was pregnant in a video to Instagram in December, which also showed the couple’s other daughter, Royce Lillian.
Royce was born via surrogacy in November 2022, Wilson said in an Instagram post at the time.
“I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle! I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved, (you know who you are), this has been years in the making … but particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care,” Wilson said at the time.
“Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s an amazing gift. The BEST gift!!”
