After police officers clock out from their day jobs, many clock back in to work other security jobs. A CBS News investigation, conducted in collaboration with Arizona State University's Howard Center for Investigative Journalism, found that oversight on those off-duty jobs is weak in many departments. CBS News Texas' Brian New reports.
