Two teenagers rushed to hospital after crash in Perth’s south east

Two teenagers have been rushed to hospital after a serious car crash near Byford.

The crash was reported about 9am.

Thomas Road has been closed in both directions between Master Road and Plaistowe Boulevard while emergency services work.

Two teenagers, aged 13 and 16, have been rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital, while a woman and a child have been taken for treatment at normal road speed.

Seven St John Ambulance are at the scene, along with the RAC helicopter and special ops teams.

Police are also at the scene, and Main Roads operators are directing traffic.

Main Roads WA warned motorists to expect delays from the closure and said drivers should exercise extreme caution in the area.
