Texas Democratic legislators fled the state to Illinois in an effort to delay a vote to redraw Congressional lines in Republicans' favor before the 2026 midterm elections. The redrawn map would give the GOP an advantage in at least five more seats. CBS News' Ed O'Keefe reports.
