A hotel directly under the Story Bridge is on the market, with the owner seeking about $45 million more than they paid for it five years ago.

Crystalbrook Vincent on Howard Smith Wharves has 166 rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, gym and bar.

The hotel opened in 2019. About 500 pieces by Brisbane portrait artist Vincent Fantauzzo feature in a large collection on site.

The Crystalbrook Vincent is directly under the Story Bridge.

The Ghassan Aboud Group owns the hotel through Crystalbrook Hotels and Resorts, having bought it in 2021 for about $70 million.

A representative for seller Colliers said a price of about $115 million was now sought.

They added it was being sold to “recycle capital” and grow the Crystalbrook business across Australia and New Zealand.

The hotel has 166 rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, gym, bar, Italian restaurant and art collection.

Colliers announced an expression of interest campaign on Tuesday, running until April 30.

“This is one of the most significant luxury lifestyle hotel offerings to come to market in many years,” the company’s head of hotels, Karen Wales, said in a statement.
