American actress Diane Keaton, famed for her roles in Father of the Bride and First Wives Club has died at the age of 79, People Magazine reported on Saturday (Sunday AEST), citing a family spokesperson.
The magazine said further details about the legendary actor’s passing were not available at this time. Her loved ones have asked for privacy, according to a family spokesperson.

Keaton rose to fame in the 1970s thanks to her role in The Godfather films and her collaborations with Woody Allen. She won an Oscar for Best Actress for 1977’s Annie Hall.
