The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house on just over 22 hectares in Ewingsdale was purchased for $4.5 million in 2015 under the company name of Yingbrown Pty Ltd from realtor and developer Graham Dunn and his wife Lauren.
His late father, Alex Brown, was a director of Yingbrown Pty Ltd from April 2015, a month before the purchase of the estate for sale, until May 2015. Alex died in 2019 and Tiger became a director of Yingbrown Pty Ltd the same year, and is now the sole director.

The property has been an investment for Brown and his family, with records showing it has been rented out at $2500 a week.
ASX-listed Astron has a market capitalisation of about $295 million and is focused on developing the Donald deposit, a fine-grained heavy mineral resource in Victoria, according to its website.
The Donald deposit is understood to hold elements including zircon, which is a mineral critical to the aerospace and defence industries. Tiger has held various roles within Astron since 2018 and is now leading the Donald project development.

A sold sticker on the listing indicates a sale by private treaty on December 18. Local sources with knowledge of the deal but not authorised to comment publicly said the couple are happy with the result. The sale price and buyer’s identity will be revealed at settlement.
The Stokes no longer need the five-bedroom, three-bathroom house, since purchasing the landmark Iona mansion in Darlinghurst in September for a suburb record of $37.5 million.

Harriet France and Clint Ballard of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty sold the property, and are also behind the sale of Iona.
In September, a well-placed source not authorised to comment publicly, pinned Bryant and Dominique as the buyers of Iona, which was once owned by Oscar-winning couple Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin.
France declined to comment on the buyers’ identity, only to confirm it was a family from the eastern suburbs.
Kerry Stokes made the No.10 spot on The Australian Financial Review’s 2025 Rich List with an estimated $12.69 billion wealth. Since 2012, Bryant has concentrated on property development, after resigning from the board of Kerry’s private investment vehicle, Australian Capital Equity.

Soma served as the primary film location for the first season of Nine Perfect Strangers, starring Nicole Kidman.
Clarkson, who made the list in The Australian Financial Review’s Top 75 richest women in Australia for 2025 with an estimated $303 million wealth, told AFR in September that Ostick and co-founder Gary Gorrow continued to run retreats at the venue that focused on yoga, meditation and breathing.
Ostick’s latest sale is a beach house built in 2025 that is footsteps from Belongil Beach. Ostick and Almasi bought the land for $3.05 million in 2020 and had been renting out the home on Airbnb for about $3850 per night.

Will Phillips and Brad Rogan of Sotheby’s International Realty Byron Bay were the listing agents and declined to comment on any aspect of the sale.
