The Duchess of Sussex has reportedly returned to acting after an eight-year hiatus.
Meghan appeared on the set of Close Personal Friends, where she will play herself, alongside Lily Collins, Brie Larson, Jack Quaid and Henry Golding.

The Amazon MGM Studios production is about two couples, one famous and the other not.
The Duchess, who played Rachel Zane in Suits, quit acting in 2017, a year after she began dating Prince Harry.
A source told The Sun: “This is a massive moment for Meghan and signifies a return to doing what she truly loves. She has been swamped with offers, but this one felt right.
“It is Meghan’s way of gently putting her toe back in the water and seeing how she enjoys being back on set.

“Everyone involved is super excited, and have been sworn to secrecy about her involvement.
“Prince Harry is, of course, really supportive and quite simply wants Meghan to do whatever brings her joy.”
In August, the Duchess told the Aspire with Emma Grede podcast that she “sometimes” missed acting and regretted not being able to say goodbye to the crew on Suits.
She said her cooking show With Love, Meghan made her remember how much she enjoyed being around a crew.

The revelation comes hours after Prince Harry wrote a personal essay on Britishness.
In it, he wrote: “The banter of the mess, the clubhouse, the pub, the stands – ridiculous as it sounds, these are the things that make us British. I make no apology for it. I love it.”

He also said that despite living in Montecito, California, with his wife Meghan and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, for the past five years, “Britain is, and always will be, the country I proudly served and fought for”.
A representative of the Sussexes did not comment when contacted by The Sun.
