Tammy Hembrow is moving on from her Gold Coast riverfront mansion.
The Australian influencer has listed the four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence she and her young family have called home for the past six years.
It is also where the 32-year-old mother-of-three and ex-husband, Love Island star Matt Zukowski, lived together.
The fitness mogul snapped up the property, with direct frontage on the Nerang River at Broadbeach Waters, in June 2020 for $2.88 million.
Over the years, the luxury abode has regularly featured as a backdrop for Hembrow’s life and business updates shared with her almost 20 million social media followers.
“The sense of calm & peace I feel here. My home makes me so happy,” she shared in a social media post in 2022.
“Slowly turning my house into a home and loving every second,” she shared in a separate post.
Tucked behind security gates, the double-storey residence sits on an oversized 979 square-metre Main River allotment.
The home has an oversized kitchen with direct views of the pool and outdoor living areas.
“Parents can prepare meals while remaining connected to children or guests, while a sun-soaked meals area is a delightful spot for a relaxed family breakfast,” the listing reads.
An open-plan lounge and dining room is at the centre of the home, which also acts as the main “social hub”.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The master suite has an en suite, a designer dressing room with centre console, a dedicated shoe showroom and an additional walk-through robe.
Also on the second floor is a “multi-purpose” room that could act as a children’s retreat, a media room or a home office.
The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has access to a two-way bathroom.
Outdoors, there is an oversized tiled pool and a private boat ramp.
The property is on the market through an expressions of interest campaign with Jay Helprin of Ray White.
There are no public home opens, with inspections by appointment only.
Hembrow gained popularity online in 2014 after documenting her fitness journey through her three pregnancies online.
In 2015, following the birth of her son, Wolf, Hembrow launched the then downloadable PDF fitness program turned app, TammyFit.
The app has been downloaded more than one million times.
“I always had that entrepreneurial spirit,” Hembrow told Forbes Australia in 2022.
“From when I was young, I wanted to be my own boss. I could never see myself working underneath anyone else.”
Hembrow and Zukowski tied the knot in November 2024 in a lavish wedding at Byron Bay’s Chateau Du Soleil. They announced their split in June 2025 after just seven months of marriage.
