Authorities in Florida have arrested an Uber driver accused of deliberately starting a fire that led to the deadly Palisades Fire, which destroyed the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles in January. The suspect, Jonathan Rinderknecht, faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
