A Baldivis woman has appeared in Perth Magistrates Court accused of murdering her partner on Tuesday evening at their Bramall Terrace property.
Jane Demelza Bannister, 44, appeared in the dock wearing blue forensics overalls and spoke to confirm she understood she had been charged with the murder of Scott Timothy Sandover, 49.

Bannister was charged on Thursday after emergency services were called to the house just after 6.40pm, with Sandover rushed by paramedics to Rockingham Hospital with critical injuries.
On Wednesday morning, police confirmed he had died from those injuries as forensics officers taped off the property and remained at the scene taking photographs and removing items from the house.
Also on Wednesday, a woman with three teenagers was seen laying flowers at the property before hugging each other and crying.

They attended court on Friday and sat in the gallery as Bannister stood before the magistrate, and yelled to her as she was being led away.
Neighbour Kara Harding told 9News Perth on Wednesday the scene of police swarming the street had been “a little bit scary”.
Another neighbour said the street was usually quiet and family oriented, with several schools in the area.
“I was home about 6.30pm and heard lots of sirens,” he said.
“I went out from my house and saw four to six police cars and there was a crowd of people gathering in front of them.
“We were shocked and wondering what was going on.
“It’s a bit frightening.”
Bannister will next appear in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on October 29.
