For the last 12 days, YouTube TV subscribers have missed out on all Disney programming as its parent company fights with Disney over rights. Disney says YouTube is trying to pay below-market rates for its services. Meanwhile, YouTube is offering a $20 rebate to customers, but it isn't automatically applied.
