Damien is disabled with high-needs, pictured with his sister Elena and Dad Peter outside Fisher Street, Malvern East. Families are facing an uncertain future after Stonnington Council voted to sell off the property being used by a disability provider for daytime care for about 40 adults with high-needs. Elena fears her brother will have nowhere else to go, will regress to being non-verbal and be left watching TV with their parents all day every day.
