A reality TV star accused of using social media to groom and harass women before sexually assaulting them has been charged with more than 30 offences on the Sunshine Coast.
Police allege Riccardo Valenza, 31, who starred in the 2023 season of the Binge show FBoy Island Australia, solicited sexual activities for money on social media between July 2023 and November 2025.
Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Tim Harris alleged Valenza continued to use multiple social media platforms to talk to the 11 women, all of whom were aged between 26 and 35.
“The [man] used social media platforms to reach out to the victims on multiple occasions. They were not known to him, but he groomed them in a manner to form a relationship,” Harris alleged.
He said Valenza was arrested at an address on Brisbane Road, Mooloolaba, in the early hours of Monday, but would not say whether he lived at the address.
Valenza faces 31 charges, including 11 counts of rape, seven counts of using a carriage device to menace and harass, six counts of stalking, two counts of sexual assault, and administering a stupefying drug.
He was also charged with breaching privacy by recording.
Harris remained tight-lipped about the details of the case, but said police believed there could be more victims and asked anyone with information to get in touch.
“My message is, whilst our investigations are continuing, if there are any other persons in our community that may believe they are victims of this male person, please reach out to police,” he said.
Valenza appeared in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning.
