Track Good 4 and rail out 3m

RACE 1

2. Bank Heist has had two fair runs back from a spell, but ready to produce a peak effort. Drawn to get the right trail just off speed, and is by multiple Group 1 UK and European staying champion Cracksman. 4. Courting Emily was unwanted in betting when making reasonable ground first-up at Hawkesbury, and will appreciate the extra trip and a softer draw. 5. Currahee steps out for only his second run for the Ciaron Maher yard since transferring from Hong Kong. Worked home okay when resuming in that same Gosford race as the top selection. 8. Bohemian Art is tracking to peak third-up through that same form-line; while 3. Celebrity is a four-year-old by Melbourne Cup winner Shocking on debut for the Bjorn Baker stable, and looks fitted to run this trip behind two steady trials up to 1250m.
How to play it: Bank Heist to win.

RACE 2

1. Difronzo is an exciting three-year-old on debut for the Archibald stable. By high class and prolific sire Street Boss, drawn to get an economical run, and given plenty of time with two recent trials. 7. National News is a first starter by Churchill in the local Kim Waugh yard ready to rock off a dominant trial win here, but does have an awkward draw. 4. Weekend Market improves into her second start coming back from metropolitan company. 8. Tigletta resumes for a second prep behind two trials for the Baker yard, and heads the rest.
How to play it: Difronzo to win.

RACE 3

3. Purple Rose is a progressive city mare, and seemingly has this at her mercy after a dominant all-the-way win when resuming at Canberra as a hot favourite. Was in the money three times from fours runs across her initial prep, but has come back stronger, and has the right tactical speed to utilise the inside draw. 1. Last Druid is trained on the track and hard fit deep into the prep. Drawn to get a handy trail and can run the quinella. The rest are likely to just make up the numbers headed by 2. Liana Avenue who can run into the minor money coming off a second-up win in a weak country maiden.
How to play it: Purple Rose to win; quinella 1 and 3

RACE 4

4. I Am Carrot is lightly raced and primed to break through second-up on his home track. Took on Listed company over further through winter before spelling, then chased gallantly over too shorter distance when resuming at Gosford behind a handy winner. Drawn to park right behind the speed, and the extra 250m is a big plus. 9. Lune D’excellence can give this a shake second-up over further, with blinkers on. Hit the line when resuming in the country off a five-month break, and is right up to this tougher test, drawn alongside the top selection. Scratched from Tamworth on Tuesday to be saved for this. 6. Rustemo has beaten all but the winner in three country Super Maidens this prep. Has earned a crack back at provincial opposition, with enough tactical speed to off-set a tricky barrier. Big gap to the rest headed by local filly 12. Gloria heading into her second start.
How to play it: I Am Carrot to win.

RACE 5

2. Columbia Blue has found the right race and an ideal draw to kick off a second prep with a bang. Made strong progress in initial campaign, bolting in his maiden at only second start before sticking on strong into a place when stepping up sharply to metro BM 64 grade. Fitted with two trials at home for the Joe Pride stable, and can naturally settle on speed, with the jockey taking 2kg off. 8. Sapling is a versatile filly resuming off two progressive trials for an emerging stable. Looks the clear quinella runner. 4. Majestuoso Phoenix is an intriguing market watch at good odds first-up for the Maher stable also behind two improving trials. 10. Myriad comes off a dominant country maiden win first-up, but under the odds here; while another one resuming off two trials 1. Harlex can add value into trifectas and first fours.
How to play it: Columbia Blue to win.

RACE 6

2. Sisu Spirit is a capable galloper from the Waterhouse-Bott yard well placed to pounce first-up off a 26-week break. Won two straight last prep, including a CL1 at this track over a mile, reportedly has worked well in and around two trials, and drawn to take a position on or near the speed. 3. Lugarno draws wide for his first run since May, but won the second of two spaced trials here, and normally covers to hand quickly. 8. Zale is shooting for a fourth straight win this prep, but taking on some better and tougher ones here from a trickier draw. 1. Heuristic also draws off the track under a big weight, but has a fitness edge after three runs back in deeper metro company.
How to play it: Sisu Spirit to win.

RACE 7

3. Subarctic won’t get a better chance to claim an overdue fourth win fifth-up in what is a moderate lineup. Struggled late on the Beaumont track two starts ago before ridden quieter at Hawkesbury and ran home hard to miss by under a length. Stronger depth in that field, and hard fit with a superior jockey taking over, this shapes as his race to lose. 5. Presley has mixed his form in three runs this prep, but comes back from a much tougher metro BM 78, and well capable of beating this lot. Gap to the rest headed by 7. Anulfa coming off a dominant front-running win in weaker class at Gosford, and draws the fence. 6. Alpine Candy can improve sharply fourth-up with much-needed weight relief; while 2. Magicon dropping in grade is the best of the rest at similar longer odds.
How to play it: Subarctic to win.
