Selections based on a good track
Race 1:

2. Eynesbury has had two starts back from a spell and has performed well in each. He resumed with a closing third at this track and then followed it up with a second at Gosford when again hitting the line in strong style. The 1250m should suit and he’s drawn to get a good run. 9. Farfetched is a talented filly that has only had two starts and has been placed in each on the Kensington track at Randwick and then at Warwick Farm. She should give cheek again. 7. Your Chilli is on debut and has had three trials in preparation. He should be primed to run well. 4. Hay Street ran well when a resuming second at Warwick Farm after leading and can take running down again in this.
How to play it: Eynesbury EACH WAY.

Race 2:

5. Shanoni has had four starts back from a spell and has finished in the placings in three of them, the latest when third at this track last week. She steps up in distance, and it looks like it will suit. 4. Procean struck trouble in the straight when a last start third at Kembla Grange and a forward showing here would not surprise. 3. So Rebellious scored an upset win at this track when last produced and another bold showing is on the cards from the good gate. 2. Tassron ran well enough when a last start third at Newcastle and should take beating here over the additional distance.
How to play it: Shanoni WIN.

Race 3:

6. Rumours Abound looked good when going to the lead at Wangaratta when last produced and fought on strongly to score a good win. A repeat of that would secure another victory in this company. 3. Generous Harry won well when resuming at Wyong and backed that up with a Gosford win. He was down the track at Warwick Farm last time but can improve. 1. Kimberley Secrets has a string of placings next to her name and she should be prominent again, while 7. Iron Will resumes and has a solid record and can get into the minor money here without causing a shock.
How to play it: Rumours Abound WIN.

Race 4:

2. Golden Loom has been racing well with a win at this track being followed with a last start second here when hitting the line well in a solid effort. He has plenty of talent and can show up against this company. 1. Concordia Wind was placed when resuming from a spell and followed that up with a sixth at Warwick Farm. 5. Etoile Filante is a last start Newcastle winner that warrants respect in this company. 3. Le Troisir hit the line hard when resuming from a spell with a close second at Newcastle and a repeat of that would have him right in the finish again.
How to play it: Golden Loom WIN.

Race 5:

9. Manukau had been racing well with a string of minor placings before breaking through with a strong win at Kembla Grange last time out behind subsequent winner Zing To Me. She looks talented and there’s no reason she can’t go on with the job. 10. Miss Capitale won well on the Beaumont track at Newcastle when last produced and can show up again, while 7. Vanessi has finished third in her latest two starts on the Kensington track at Randwick and then at Warwick Farm and she is not out of this.
How to play it: Manukau WIN.

Race 6:

6. Ivan’s Hero has been in form with three wins from his last five starts. He led throughout to score at this track when last produced. A repeat of that should do the job. 1. No Drama scored in good style at Wyong two starts ago and backed that up with a solid effort at Rosehill. 7. Tenderize was midfield at Rosehill when last produced and is not out of this, while 5. Jack Duggan resumes from a spell and is far from the worst.
How to play it: Ivan’s Hero WIN.

Race 7:

6. Ferinzo is lightly raced with three wins and a second from four starts. He has had two runs back from a spell and looked good winning each of them on the Beaumont track at Newcastle and then at Gosford. He is up in class for this but looks capable of going on with the job. 4. Albany Road has also been in winning form having scored on the Kensington track when resuming and then winning again at this track last time. Expect another forward showing. 3. Agarwood had her chance when a resuming second behind Albany Road and looks to have solid claims again. 11. Calga Power is a consistent performer and comes into this after two recent placings including a last start second at this track behind Watson.
How to play it: Ferinzo WIN.

Best Bets: Race 2 (5) Shanoni; Race 7 (6) Ferinzo.
Best Value: Race 1 (2) Eynesbury.
