Race 1
8. Cellarmaster ran well in a few trials before making his debut at Newcastle last month and finishing fourth when beaten three lengths and running a bold race. He should be improved by that run and take plenty of beating in this. 10. Impuriteze debuted with a solid fourth at Wyong and only needs to run up to that performance to be hard to hold out in this. 9. Fire Island resumes from a spell and can get into the minor money without surprising, while 6. Precise Star debuted with a solid sixth on the Kensington track and is not out of this.

Race 2
11. Savvy Hallie has only had four starts and has been placed when finishing second in three of them. She’s taken on a much tougher grade than she meets here, and if she can maintain that sort of form here, she will take a power of beating. 6. Celestial Grace is on debut after a number of trials, and a bold showing is on the cards. 8. Deep Affection has had two trials leading into this resuming effort and is worth thought, while 10. Kiss Goodnight hasn’t been far away in both starts to date and can show up without surprising.

Race 3
2. Mamushka looked good winning her first two starts at Goulburn and Gosford. She ran fifth at Wyong in April and was then spelled. She’s had two trials leading into this first-up effort and won the latest of them. A bold first-up effort is on the cards. 1. O’Invincible led them up and was run down late at Canterbury last time out in a solid effort. 3. Tonkatsu Goddess was placed in a couple of starts before winning at Gosford when last produced. She is racing well to make an impact here. 8. Shirley’s Tribute won well on debut at Bathurst and only needs to run up to that to be a leading contender again in this.

Race 4
1. The Extreme Cat has a solid record and comes into this on the back of a last-start fourth at Kembla Grange when not beaten too far. Tommy Berry takes the ride here, and a bold showing is on the cards. 2. Oceanfront is running for Nacim Dilmi and looks set to run a bold race after a last-start second at Tamworth. 7. Your Not The Boss disappointed at Kembla Grange last time out but can improve here. 4. Miss Checkoni is talented at best and is far from the worst in this line-up.

Race 5
2. Wild Thoughts was placed in his first two starts before resuming from a spell and winning in good style at Kembla Grange. He’s on an upward spiral and can continue with the job. 3. Afloat won well at Hawkesbury when resuming from a spell and only needs to run up to that to be hard to hold out again. 4. Iceman has been racing well with a number of recent placings, while 7. Forbidden Riff was a close-up fourth at Kembla Grange when resuming.
How to play it: Wild Thoughts WIN
Race 6
14 Super Eclipse wasn’t far away last time out when finishing fifth at Wyong. She’s shown talent in her career to date and should run well again without surprising. 12. Entitlement has been racing well with placings in each of her latest three starts, and another bold showing is on the cards. 3. Black Bugatti has finished second in each of his latest two starts at Hawkesbury and Newcastle. He is overdue for a win. 11. Walk Like A Man is unplaced from six starts but hasn’t been far away in recent runs and is well worth including among the main chances here.
How to play it: Super Eclipse EACH WAY
Race 7
4. Glenbower easily won a Newcastle Super Maiden back in May of 2024. He had one recent run at Gosford when down the track in June and has had a trial since then in which he was close-up. He’s set to run well here. 2. Frontex resumes from a spell here, having run well in all three runs to date. 3. Samurai has been racing well and looks set to make an impact again if he can run up to what he shown in his race starts. 8. Aligned is a last start Gosford winner that is worth including among the main chances.

Race 8
6. Barbarossa is a Godolphin galloper having its first start for Ciaron Maher here. He’s been placed in one of five starts, but has been up against a better grade than he meets in this. 4. Vin Santo ran well when placed at Newcastle last time out and can run well again. 2. Kendalia resumes after two good trials and wasn’t disgraced in his three starts to date. 5. Above The Law has had three trials in total and two recent trials. He’s shown enough to be rated a leading contender here.
