Selections based on a soft track.
Race 1
3. Another Peach has only had four starts, but she has been placed in three of them. She resumes from a spell here on the back of two trials and won the latest of them at Scone. She should benefit from the apprentice allowance and looks ideally suited to break through. 6. Mad Harry has had plenty of chances, and has been placed in 11 of his 26 starts. He ran well at Scone last time out and can show up without surprising. 1. Impending Fortune made his debut with a midfield effort at Port Macquarie and can show up in this with a repeat of that. 2. Tigermoth has finished sixth in each of his three starts and a placing wouldn’t surprise.
