Eastern suburbs teacher charged with plotting to abuse multiple children

Two eastern suburbs men – one a teacher – have been charged with serious child sexual assault charges after allegedly plotting to sexually abuse two children.
In September last year, police arrested 35-year-old Todd Anthony Soulas after raiding a home in Randwick and charged him with serious child sexual assault offences.

On one of the three phones seized from the property, police allegedly discovered an exchange between Soulas and a high school teacher plotting the alleged sexual assault of two children known to the teacher.
The text messages were allegedly sent between June 2024 and July 2025
On Wednesday, police searched a home in Bondi, arresting Peter James Adam.
The 63-year-old has been charged with two counts of incite to commit aggravated sex assault-offender in company with other/s (DV) and use carriage service-solicit child abuse material.
He has been refused bail and will face court on Thursday.
