Tian Zhen, China’s queen of soft rock who cites the late Tina Turner as her musical inspiration, has listed her Point Piper apartment with a price guide of $15.5 million.

It’s not the first time the artist, whose hits include Persistence and Cheers My Friends, has tried to sell the home, previously listing it in 2024 with an $18 million guide that was later reduced to $16 million.
Listing agents declined to comment on Zhen’s decision to relist, with it left to local sources to shed light. It is understood Zhen bought the home to focus on her health after feeling overworked in China. Now that she’s back performing in China there’s less need for the unit.

The Davidsons, who also own a string of other businesses on and around Oxford Street in Bondi Junction, are rumoured to be downsizing.
Their latest offering to have hit the market is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house with harbour-to-city views. It was left to local sources to reveal a price guide in the “early to mid $20 millions”, as D’Leanne Lewis of Laing+Simmons Double Bay declined to comment on any aspect of the listing.

Refreshed interiors include a Calacatta marble kitchen, American oak floors and statement lighting. There is a mineral pool and cabana, indoor and outdoor entertainment zones, a wine cellar, mud room and laundry with a chute.
