Two Cleveland Guardians pitchers, Luis Ortiz and Emmanuel Clase, are accused of deliberately throwing bad pitches while on the mound to help gamblers win nearly a half million dollars in prop bets. Recently, NBA figures were charged in separate betting schemes. CBS News' Scott MacFarlane reports.
